We ship Australia wide, to New Zealand and the rest of the world. If it's baking pans, rolling pins, edible inks for cakes or cookies we will ship it to you!

How do I buy from

We are an online shop. You can buy cake supplies, cake decorating kits, baking supplies and so much more on our online store to make your food beautiful! To buy simply create a cart of all the items you want and once you have simply check out using credit card, after-pay, zip pay, bank deposit or even chose lay-buy.

Do you have a physical store as well as an online store?

We are an online store which sells Australia wide, New Zealand and world wide, but if you are in the area we are more then happy for you to come by, say hello and browse through our warehouse. Very soon we will have a show room you can browse and experiment using some of our products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use credit card, after-pay, zip pay, shopify pay, bank deposit and offer lay-buy.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

If the product is damaged or in someway faulty you can return it. If you change your mind and the products has not been opened or compromised in anyway you are welcome to return it.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once we recieve your order we do our best to process it within 24-48 hours. If your purchase has a Pre-Order item included in it your order will be processed as soon as this arrives. From there we rely on Australia Post and other courier services. 

We know when you are baking for that special occasion you need your cake and bread supplies as soon as possible. We also know when you have bought ta cake decorating kit for someone special you want them to have them soon.

Can I pick up my order and if yes when will my order be ready to Pickup?

If you live, work or are traveling in the Sydney area you are very welcome to pick up your purchase. The process is the same as when we post you your order. 

Once we recieve your order we do our best to process it within 24-48 hours. If your order has a Pre-Order item included in it the order will be processed as soon as this arrives.

Once we receive your order and you email us that you want to pick it up we will arrange a pick up time.

SO whether it is cookie cutters, cake supplies, cake or cookie decorating kits we would love to welcome you to our warehouse.

My parcel hasn't arrived, what do I do?

We would not want your cookie cutters to go amiss or any other or our wonderful baking or decorating products. If your parcel has not arrived please write and call us. You usually recieve a tracking number when your order has been sent to you which you can use to track your shipment.

There is a mistake on my online order, what do I do?

If there is a mistake in your online order before we have sent it please email us or phone us to inform us and we will work with you to change it.

If there is a mistake after you received your order please email us or phone us to inform us and we will work with you correct the problem.

So if you did order a cookie cutter instead of a cake decorating kit we will rectify this.

Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order from

There are no hidden costs. You pay for what you order and you pay the postage that is shown when you check you. If you have any concerns regarding costs please email or ring us to discuss.

If you paid for a variety of cake supplies your costs will be reflected in your purchase details.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please email us or ring us immediately. If the order is shipped it will be to late to cancel. You may return it but at your own cost.
